Some polling places are still open in Illinois because of earlier issues, but Joe Biden has already been declared the winner of the state’s primary.
Biden’s apparently large margin of victory in Illinois, where 155 pledged delegates were up for grabs, will help him increase his delegate advantage over Bernie Sanders.
