World's fastest growth puts India on track for a rate hike

Growth accelerated to 7.7% in the quarter ended March 31, the fastest pace of any major economy. That’s adding to calls for RBI Governor Urjit Patel to pull the rate trigger at the June 6 monetary policy meeting.
