The start times today are in reverse order in the general classification. So Tim Declercq, who is in last place in GC, nearly five hours back, is first off at 12.05pm UK time. The overall race leader Pogacar will roll down the ramp at 4.19pm UK time. You can see a full list of start times here on the official Tour website.
