Oil edges lower on oversupply concerns as OPEC+ set to raise output

Brent crude futures slid 8 cents, or 0.2%, to $43.44 a barrel by 0001 GMT while US West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude futures were down 12 cents, or 0.3%, at $40.15 a barrel.
