Debt-laden Jet Airways may shut down temporarily

The Jet Airways management is learnt to have proposed temporary shutting down of operations till funding is arranged for. Sources also stated that former chairman Naresh Goyal had withdrawn from making a bid for a stake in the company. Goyal had stepped down as chairman of the carrier last month.
