'April fools': what the papers said about the failure of indicative votes round 2

The hyperbole is out in force as the papers attempt to make sense of another day of Brexit division and disarray

Brexit is causing chaos, limbo, crisis, shambles, division and despair according to the front pages of the papers today.

“It’s back to square one!” says the Mail, which likens the day’s events to a “farce”. The paper quotes an anonymous highly-placed source who describes the forthcoming five-hour Cabinet meeting as “the mother of all Cabinet meetings”.
