NADA wants legislation to criminalise doping

The IOA has raised serious objections to the presence of union sports minister and the other ministry officials in the proposed 'Governing Body' and the 'Executive Committee' - to be constituted by the NADA as part of the Act - citing government interference, which is against the Olympic charter.
