2nd Test: Karunaratne stretchered off after getting hit by bouncer

Sri Lanka opener Dimuth Karunaratne was on Saturday stretchered off the ground after a bouncer from pacer Pat Cummins hit him on the back of his helmet during Day 2 of the second Test at Manuka Oval in Canberra.
