Blow for France's Macron as star minister quits

France's environment minister Nicolas Hulot,one of the most popular members of the government, resigned without informing President Emmanuel Macron or Prime Minister Edouard Philippe of his decision.Hulot said he felt "all alone" on environmental issues.
