This Hong Kong school dropout became a Michelin-starred chef in Taiwan
Hong Kong-born chef Ken Chan, who was a dropout, started off wheeling a trolley in a dim sum restaurant. Today, he is the first chef in his adopted home of Taiwan to win three Michelin stars.
