Danish beer maker Carlsberg said to plan IPO for India operations

Carlsberg ranks third in India with a 13.7% market share, according to Euromonitor. It trails Kingfisher owner United Breweries Ltd., which has 39.2%, and Budweiser parent Anheuser-Busch InBev NV, which has 23.3%.
