Markets end in red before Holi: Sensex down 137 points; Nifty below 10,500

The BSE index was down 137 points or 0.40 per cent to close at 34,046, while the broader NSE Nifty stood below the 10,500-mark. This is the third straight day fall for Sensex as the index failed to get an uplift before the Holi celebrations.
