Tripura's governor Tathagata Roy believes a Supreme Court (SC) ban on fireworks in Delhi during Diwali is an "anti-Hindu" order. A minister in Madhya Pradesh's BJP government meanwhile said it wouldn't be 'Ram rajya' without fireworks during Diwali.
