Rangers find several weapons hidden inside a Karachi house’s water tank

Rangers seized a a huge cache of weapons hidden inside a house’s water storage tank and took a suspect into custody during an operation in Memon Goth, Karachi on Sunday.

A spokesperson for the paramilitary force said they conducted a raid at a house in Darsanu Chinnu area following a tip-off and found a huge quantity of arms and ammunition hidden in a water storage tank.

Rangers arrest 10 suspects during raids in Karachi

The seized items include four sub-machine guns, two 30-bore pistols, one M-16 rifle, one repeater, one 7mm rifle, 21 magazines of various weapons and 891 bullets. One suspect was also taken into custody.

According to the spokesperson, the weapons were hidden by members of the Lyari-based Baba Ladla gang.
