PM Modi in Patna: 'Bihar will be a leader in 2022'

Lauding the efforts of Bihar's Patna University, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday said that "when India will be celebrating 75 years of Independence in 2022, Bihar should be among prosperous states of the country."
