Pakistan EC rejects Hafiz Saeed's bid for mainstream politics

The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) on Wednesday rejected the application of Milli Muslim League (MML), the political front of Hafiz Saeed-led Jamaat-ud Dawa (JuD), a Pakistan-based banned militant organization, for registration as a mainstream political party.
