Bigg Boss‘ 11th edition is into its second week. While many slam the show for being crass for its provoking tasks, there is no denying that it is addictive and this season, its more powerful than ever before. The show can be ruthless and has broken even the toughest of contestants – not Hina Khan though.

Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’s Hina has ruled the silver screen for years with her innocent looks and good girl charm. She is deemed as the ‘perfect bahu‘ and ‘beti‘ – but turns out, she is anything but!

The fierce woman has shown that she is more than her screen persona. Already among the top contenders for the show, Hina has been ruling her game. Headstrong and non-complacent, her no-nonsense attitude has clearly won over the audience.

Popular TV actors Ravi Dubey and Rithvik Dhanjani will enter the house in the latest episode, not as contestants but as guests. Being TV stars, they are friends with many of the contestants including Hina Khan, Vikas Gupta, Hiten Tejwani but they are not going to enter the house to flaunt their friendships, reports Bollywood Life.

The duo will enter the house to introduce the housemates with a new task. In typical Bigg Boss fashion, contestants will be asked to sell off each other as if they are products to Ravi and Rithvik. Unfazed, Hina tries to sell off Vikas as a ‘Dhol’, an act that would have rated very low on ‘Akshara’s’ moral compass unless it got her family out of grave peril!

Indian television has always depicted its female protagonists to be one-dimensional, extremely naive and self righteous. However, Hina has successfully used the show’s platform to revive her image and also prove how good of an actor she is because there is so much more to the woman than what her on-screen character portrayed.
