Are there any rules reg bounty hunters in Pakistan ?

Folks , Need to know if the rules allow the bounty hunters to operate in Pakistan? Like in USA in olden days and some states even today allow the bounty hunters to work and they catch the criminals on the loose and bring them to state fo prosecution and get the bounty/rewards set by govt for those wanted criminals.
